If you will volunteer to help with this year’s Vacation Bible School, please meet in the Connections classroom immediately following the Worship Service.

VBS 2024 will be June 17-20, 6:15 PM - 8:30 PM.

There will be a called Church Conference at the conclusion of the Worship Service on April 7.

Join us on the first Wednesday of each month as we gather together at 5:30 and enjoy a meal with one another. Our normal Bible study will follow at 6:30.

Classes meet from 9:30-10:15 every Sunday morning and there are classes for all age groups. Come join us and become even more connected to Pebble Creek and its people.

 Current Sunday morning Bible Study classes are:

• Young Adults (singles and married couples)

• Adults: Connections & Charis (mixed age range of singles and married couples)

• Senior Adults: Logos (singles and married couples)

Each of the adult classes’ teaching is normally a series of Bible studies which are expository Bible Studies based on various subjects applicable to that age group.

Chris Hastings will lead a study on Sunday evenings to learn about the character and authority

of God through His names of Elohim, Adonai, and most prevalently Jehovah. This study will end on March 24.

Baptism is important. It follows the command of Christ and identifies us as fully devoted followers of Christ. It portrays the Resurrection that we recently celebrated on Easter.

At the conclusion of the Worship Service, the 2024 Proposed Budget will be presented for approval. Also presented for approval is a slate of new deacons to replace those who will rotate off at the end of 2023.

Ordination is the process whereby a local church body sets aside a person for Ministry. It is a biblical and official way of saying that the church recognizes the giftedness of the person to build up the church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We certainly recognize that calling and ability in the life of B.J. Simpson. Therefore, today, we formally ordain him to the Ministry of the Gospel.
